PEACEMAKERS 2018 End of Year Message

As we approach the last few days of 2018 what lessons have been learnt? And are we any wiser going forward? Because if we haven’t learnt Life lessons and are none the wiser, we might very well find that instead of going forward, we are even further back than where we were, when the year begun.

In order to move forward, we must rid ourselves of these 3 things – Worry, Want, War.

Worry not – because we cease to be in the now – we have forgotten what we are.

Want not – because we haven’t yet learned that all is as should be – we have forgotten whose we are.

War not – because hate, fear, anger, guilt and pain consume, consummate and separate – we have forgotten who they are.

So as 2018 fades into history, let us be mindful of the follies that separatism brings,  disasters and wars. Wars within, and those without,  of personal, societal and country. Gross consumerism, materialism, maltreatment of the ozone through greed and political tyranny, gluttony and competitiveness increase the illusion of not-enoughness, and the incessant vacuum of discontent.  And so, we fill our world with fears and stress and worry. Worry, the no.1 killer and not only does it kill personal joy, but it holds nations in terror, blocks out the light of camaraderie and trust for humanity, and in fear they subscribe to war.

Prayer " How good to know that God Is, Peace, Constant Supply, Blessed Assurance. How pleasant also to know that our life is the the life of God, and that, that Life lives and moves us all. It is good, it is very good. And standing on the final step of 2018 we delcare, war no more, I AM my supply, both now and always. Amen, amen, amen."

The PEACEMAKERS Prayer Patrols teams are as rays of light, bringing hope and uplifting communities in the areas they Patrol.  If you are interested in joining or creating a team in your area please do get in touch with us through the Contact Us page.

Namaste and Blessings.

2017 Prayer Patrols ‘FOOT SOLDIERS’ in Bristol

By the end of April 2017, it is hoped that Peacemakers Prayer Patrols should once again be seen regularly on the streets of Bristol.
However, this will be a brand new way of prayer patrolling the streets, the leader of Peacemakers disclosed.

The revised team of patrollers will meet to pray, discuss and hopefully recruit new patrollers for this new phase of the project which started at the ending of 2002 when street crimes, guns, gangs, and street voience, was at its highest in areas of Bristol, namely the areas of St. Pauls and Easton.

Street crime soon fell significantly, and the Project was awarded by the then Cheif Superintendent Mike Rowe, for their contributions and hands-on involvement, which helped in addressing and reducing much of the gangs and street violence in these areas.  Over the years they continued to be a regular beneficial presence throughout other areas of Bristol and the UK.

In 2010 they launched their highly respected and effective crime-reducing strategy abroad.  And as the areas patrolled in the UK regained stability, the presence of patrollers on the streets became less prominent, although the work continued and increased globally with the installation of their website.

Through this media, Peacemakers successfully extended their reach as an online presence, to bless, encourage, support, inform and provide schools of training, equipping other prayer patrols worldwide.

A kickoff Meetup to discuss the new framework, strategy, dates and the future of Peacemakers Prayer Patrols is due to take place in Cabot Circus, Bristol, at noon,  on Wednesday 26th April. If anyone is interested to know more or wishes to attend this meetup, they are invited to use the contact page on this website, here they can leave their contact details, stating their interest, and someone will get back to them.

Namaste.

PEACEMAKERS Prayer Patrol 2016 >>>>>>Global Prayer Mission Countdown

Five days until the end of 2016! and here, listed below, are the final 27 Countries of the 206 Countries Peacemakers have pledged to Prayer Patrol this year, by BLOCKS.

world-image-quoteIt has been a terrific year to date. There have been many published stories of horrific wars, millions of people were killed, injured, and suffered tremendous losses. But, there have also been much more glorious testimonies, of celebrations, victorious and courageous acts of giving and kindness, amazing stories of gratitude for lives saved, encouragements, personal development and numerous transformative adventures and innovations, the likes of which our planet has never before experienced, and Peacemakers are thankful to have had the opportunity to participate, by offering the global invitation to signup for the 2016 Peacemakers Global Prayer Patrol Mission.

"We are grateful for all who signed up to realize Peacemakers Vision for Global Peace in our world, country by country, one day at a time. It takes courage to hope amidst threats of terrorism.  It takes guts and personal strength and integrity to love the seemingly unlovely and to pray for peace despite ongoing news stories of the climate and economic disasters affecting nations.  Peacemakers are sowing seeds of Hope across nations.

The world needs love. If we must have hope in this world then let this be it, that Peace may reign in each person, starting with us, and to the world, Let there Be peace! Let's do this. Let's do it now. Amen."

Peacemakers Prayer Patrol Global Prayer Mission : September 2016

Whilst a vast number of the individuals all over the world are  focused on a seemingly problematic  world, Peacemakers Prayer Patrols focus is to bless humanity with prayers and loving thoughts for the upliftment of the entire world, in the awareness that all creation is held in the mind and bosom of Blessedness. And holding this vision, we pray ‘Let Peace Reign’.

WP_20160124_12_59_40_Pro “Our prayers works brilliantly, says Reverend Palmer,  and even though we hear of wars and rumours of wars in the media almost every day, I am absolutely conscious and resilient to a transparent knowing that good prevails, no matter what they say. We have got to hold this vision. And as more and more of us hold the vision of a peaceful universe, vibrating peace through everything and everyone, eventually it will break through the illusions of fear, panic, hatred and greed. The majority of people long for peace, but our leaders make preparations for war, this sends a mixed message to the universe.”

"We pray believing that all is well, because someone has got to see it so. Someone has to raise the bar to high vibrations of inner eye seeing (insight) that all is well on behalf of humanity.
Right now, in time, this may appear to some as a rather simplistic ideology, but is it not better to hope towards the good, than to wallow in the the aftermath of what has been, the destructions and fragmentations of dashed dreams?
I think that it is high season to awaken to a call to service, to pray peace and abundant blessing for all of humanity.
We need to begin to see as God sees, faithfully sending sunshine and rain upon the just and the unjust alike, and so we too must arise as conscious rain through our peace-full thoughts upon this pleading earth, until there is peace, respect and safety for all.
For the sake of mankind and the future of our planet, I let it be, and in faith proclaims, and so it is"

    911: Peacemakers Prayer Patrols REMEMBERS

     “Lest we cease to remember”images

    – Quote and prayers by Reverend Dawnecia Palmer,                                     11th September 2016.

911-pic-2Today, with thanksgiving and comfort, we hold in our prayers the lives of the precious ones which died on September 11th, 2001, in the ghastly Twin Towers attack, and for their beloved ones left behind.

As we remember, we do so in the knowing that they did not live in vain, nor did they die in vain, because we will never forget them,
remember-picendeavouring to keep the memories of them alive forever,       within our hearts and lives.

remember-wallOn behalf of LIFE bestoweth Love, Hope, and Peace to all.
    … Amana, Amen.

Peacemakers Prayer Patrols USA – Last stop, Tennessee!

Our last stop for PEACEMAKERS Global Prayer Mission USA was Tennessee, Nashville’s Cumberland View Projects, aka, the infamous Dodge City. We were told that this was one of the most crime-ridden areas, and had a string of weird looks and much discouragements from residents living outside the area. They told us that it would be unsafe for us to go there. But, this was not the first time we were told this about an area, town or city which we were about to Patrol. Thankfully we had Prayer Shields in the UK, New York, and Florida.

On the morning of the Patrol, our guide did not turn up and we were unable to make contact with him by telephone.   However, we had a friendly  bus driver who was familiar with the area and along the journey, we had opportunities to listen and chat with computers, and to pray.

As we were approaching Dodge City, the heavens opened. It rained continually, and so heavily, in fact, it lasted  the whole period designated for the Patrol, so that we were forced to stay on the bus, and to pray from the bus.  We could barely see through the rain drenched windows, and the little that we did see driving through the projects, was not a pretty site.dodge city

On our way back into the City, the rain began to lift, and we got off the bus outside Nashville’s Women’s Rescue Mission.  We were not met with kindness nor empathy, and we were not allowed to speak with the women inside nor on the grounds outside. Someone said this was perhaps because we did not contact the Centre manager beforehand, and therefore we had no permission for a visit.  But, there was a sheltered area about 200 yards across from the main Mission building, where several women sat smoking, taking cover from the drizzling rain. These women were extremely hard to reach. Some of them swore, some turn their backs as we approached them, one woman spat on the ground and a few  just looked as if they were looking straight through us, their eyes appeared glazed as if staring into space, while some chatted in small clusters. However, of the lot, one young woman agreed to speak with us. She said we should refer to her as Dee.

WP_20160817_10_31_33_Pro_LIDee has been homeless for around 4 years, spending time in several shelters, and moving through a few States, but had been at this one for almost 2years. At first, she appeared sarcastic in tone, but as we engaged in conversation, she became less suspicious and became open and engaging. She told us that it was hard for someone to get out of this sort of situation, but that she longed for change. She was hopeful that one day she too would have money, get a place of her own, and make a better life for herself as well as having sufficient to also help others. She was keen that that break would come about from the lottery or some other big break like the Lottery.  Dee had done some volunteering in the past, she had seen others getting out but somehow it seemed that she was never fortunate to be offered that chance.  She also said that women sometimes were raped, robbed and abused in some of these Homes, and she was tired of this way of life. We listened and prayed with her, during the prayer a worker came over and ask us to move on. We truly felt that this was a case that Peacemakers could adopt and offer some sort of sponsorship.  Dee would not give us her full name nor a personal contact telephone number, but she did promise to visit our website and that she would contact  Reverend Palmer through the Contact Us page.  So far, we have not heard from her. It is our hope that in time she may get in touch.

Dee remains in our thoughts and prayers, and although we were not allowed to use our camera on the grounds, we got one of Dee and the Rev as they sat in the shelter across from the Mission Centre.WP_20160817_10_31_05_Pro_LI (3)

Peacemakers 12 – Twelve Days, Twelve Countries – Global Prayer Mission

TwelveComfort ye Comfort ye! the resounding Intentional Prayer for our world, over the next twelve days; with a specific focus on those peoples and cities mourning the loss of loved ones, family, friends and neighbour.

Peace is possible, contrary to media reporting of mass conflicts, killings and terrorist operations. Peace is at hand.

We are bombarded by pictures of sorrow and suffering at every turn, we are hardly able to keep up with the funerals and so many stories of disasters, with little or no respect for life.  But, be not afraid. Be not afraid to expect and anticipate Peace.  Because, in fear a person pulls out his gun against another, fearing that he may do again that which has been done unjustly. Fear it seems, invading the minds of the nations, through the media.

The playing fields of the human race have become grossly unleveled by fear, greed and suspicions. Foolishly, people are accepting lies. Surrounding themselves with a great measure of hopelessness which has led to revenge and retaliation, and the fallacy, which says that there are degrees of murder, and the right to take a life without permission. And over the years, this perpetuated lie has been allowed to run around untamed, sprung out a stink which says that it is ok to kill the person which beforehand, did kill another person.

We are being groomed to say that this type of tripe is justice. But I tell you this day, regardless of whether it wears the hood of black, brown or white skin tones, nonuniformed or uninformed; the sort of barbarism we read about and watch is no justice at all.  It is the basest of imaging, it is a sickness, an epidemic perpetuated by fear, endangering the very fibre of our planet.

Does it make sense for the law which says do not kill to kill in response to kill? Does it make sense for someone who is against the law to try to kill a person who upholds the law? Is thIs our only option? Hatred perpetuates hatred. If a person kills to get attention to himself or to obtain a prize or to teach that person or group a lesson, can we not see that this idea is insensible, fictitious and totally not making a difference at all. Life cannot be killed. We have to get this truth. It is fear that prompts any type of killing. Love is the opposite of love.

There remaineth Love, hope and faith, but the best and greatest is Love. We are all breathing the same air. That is right! There is not one bit of air for you and another bit for another. And we cannot control it either, no matter what scientist tells us. The fact is that Life was around long before it created mankind, although we are fast becoming man-mean.  It has been said ‘by any mean necessary..’ but that too is futile. There is a way. And it is not rocket science either.

gunsEvery living soul , whatever the age, colour, creed, status or wealth, each, is responsible, to preserve and protect life, in or through whatsoever form it lives. Life is ONE. No more excuses. Live and let live.

Please find below as on the Global Prayers – July page, the names of the countries that we are conscientiously praying for, this month. The next foot Patrols is on Saturday 26th July at Dodge city,  Nashville the music city of Tennessee.
