How wonderful to know that I can turn within and find there a place of Refuge for my soul.

“The Eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms”

To know this availability. To know that it is accessible and available at all times refuels my confidence.

And so, boldly freeing my mind, from all worry, fear, and doubt, I take refuge in the knowing, that all is well, all is very well, right here, and right now, my soul is refreshed. I allow it to be, and so it is.

I feel the juices of gratitude filling me, from head to toe, and as I am immersed, fully into the light and beauty of Presence,  I am O so grateful.  I am so grateful to Be.

I am aware that I am safely upheld by the eternal arms of love, and surely, this must be none other than the place of God.   Amen.

I take a breath here, in the knowing that I am well.  I give thanks and say Amen. Amen. Amen……..
