Don’t Worry

Quoting the famous composer/singer Reggae artist  Bob Marley, “Don’t worry about a thing, Every little thing gonna be alright”.

You see worry have never yet been known to solve or reduce a problem.  In fact, it is quite the opposite.   Worry is the  by-product fear. Fear of the unknown or fear of the past and fear of what we think the future might bring. Such worries lead to Stress and if continued over a long period of time, may lead to mental illness and physical ailments and disease.

And so moving just above the chatter,  and past the pull of enquiry with its what ifs, and what maybes.  And as we relax into ourselves becoming more of our observation, here we must try to let go of any accusation or excuse or the feed of information that is fighting for attention. We may find that a slight smile crosses the  face with a stirring of gratitude, this feels like an internal hug, and we just know at this point, that all is well.  Then the right decisions will appear to your surface mind as a qualified suggestion, not as the result of striving and worry,  but with a  quiet knowing and a ‘gut’ peace that it is ok. Just let this be, and it will be so.

Neither do we feed into the space information which is fighting for our attention.

After a while, we may find that a slight smile crosses the  face, a lovely stirring of gratitude which feels like an internal hug, and we just know at this point, that all is well.  Now the right decisions will appear to your surface mind as a qualified suggestion, not as the result of striving and worry,  but with a  quiet knowing wth a ‘gut’ peace that it is ok.  We let this be, and it is so.

So don’t worry. Everything is all right.

Namaste.
